Client Responsibilities

  • Providing any necessary information and instructions to our security personnel to enable them to effectively perform their duties.
  • Maintaining any security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms) provided by Mono Security or third parties in good working condition.
  • Informing us of any security incidents or issues that may require additional services or changes to your existing security arrangements.
  • Paying for services as agreed in your contract within the specified payment terms.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in a disruption of services or termination of the contract.

Service Availability

We will make every reasonable effort to provide our services continuously and without interruption. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be available at all times due to factors outside our control, such as emergencies, acts of God, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible.

Payment Terms

  • All services are provided on a fee basis as outlined in your agreement with us.

Limitation of Liability

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising from the use of our services.
  • Any damage, loss, or theft occurring as a result of factors beyond our control, including acts of third parties, natural disasters, or technical failures.
  • Any security incident that arises due to your failure to provide accurate information or access to your premises.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services within the preceding 12-month period.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mono Security harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
